Welcome to our 3rd Vendor of the Week: Wayne Underwood with Blue Spring Holler Farm.
Wayne produces lettuce, radish, kale, turnips, beans, tomatoes, squash, beets, chard, onions, peppers and okra on this 15 acre farm in Central. He considers himself a full time farmer and uses organic and sustainable practices to grow his produce.
This is his second year with the Corydon Farmers Market and he looks to expand his production for this year’s season. Wayne has been also setting up throughout the winter with winter squash, sweet potatoes, and home made wreaths.
Wayne is also apart of the Market Master Board, working to make sure the market runs smoothly all year round.
Wayne will accepts WIC and Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program vouchers and SNAP EBT.
Look for Wayne at the Tuesday and Friday markets.
